Tribute to Zubeen Grag

A silent march was organized on 20th October 2025 by Women Development Centre, to pay tribute to the legendary singer and cultural icon Zubeen Garg at his place in Kharguli. The staff and students gathered peacefully, holding candles as a mark of love, respect, and remembrance for the artist. They expressed their heartfelt condolences through collective prayers and prayed for the eternal peace of his soul.
Women Development Centre (WDC) is a development centre for the people in North East India for many years. The sisters felt the need to bring structural change to the present way of living especially of the women and tribals.
